Our Premium Lawn Blend is specially blended for the climate of the Great Basin but will grow extremely well in more humid/wet parts of the USA. An 80/20 blend of Kentucky Bluegrass and Perennial Ryegrass. Well suited for yards and landscapes.Our blend is designed to grown in two stages: The Perennial Ryegrass will germinate and show in 7-10 days. It will bind the soil/seed bed and hold moisture for the slower germinating Kentucky Bluegrass, which will germinate and show in 21 days. Many Lawnscape companies and Turf Farms across the Intermountain West use our Lawn Blend. Seed should be applied at a rate of 5 lbs. per 5,000 sq. ft. or 250 pounds per acre. After planting, the seed bed should be kept wet at all times and not allowed to dry out. - Raven Kentucky Bluegrass
