New Combine at Great Basin Seed!

We had an opportunity to “prime” our new combine yesterday. It is a John Deer 9600 with a 24′ head.
The enclosed video is of a small 5 acre stand of dryland-grown fall wheat in Ephraim, UT. It took us longer to drive to the field than it did to harvest it, but it was a great way to “cut our teeth” on the controls and operation of the system. We are looking forward to harvest time on the many hundreds of acres of seed we have introduction this year!
